Research On Organization Optimization Of Railway Express Freight Transport

With the rapid development of modern logistics industry,various mode of transportation development faster and faster,the continuous improvement of transportation services,transportation products by previous mass,single variety to the small batch,multi-batch,multi-varieties,high additional value products transportation,makes the customer more and more high to the requirement of transportation services,not only for quick,convenient transportation,economic,and considerate service,door delivery,door-to-door take delivery,etc.The railway transport has its own long distance,more secure transport and other characteristics,combined with the current development trend,suitable for express freight transport.But as the stage of railway express freight delivery is implemented in the railway administration,and did not achieve express freight transportation between the all railway administration,cause the current China railway express freight transportation development failed to open a new platform,nationwide express freight transportation organization management mode is not mature.Therefore,it is necessary to study the transit optimization problem of long distance freight transportation.In this background,this paper elaborates the basic situation of China's railway freight transport in recent years,analyzes and studies the meaning,requirements and transportation characteristics of China's railway express freight transportation,and put forward in this paper to study the problems and methods.In order to solve the problem,this paper considers the main line of railway freight transportation,and on this basis to understand the current situation of China's railway express freight transport,through the comparison with the railway general freight analysis,finally,it is concluded that the main contents of China's railway express freight transportation organization are analyzed and studied from the three aspects of the supply and demand of railway express freight,the management of freight organization,and the management of freight flow organization.At the same time,this paper makes an in-depth study on the content of railway express freight transportation organization and express freight transfer organization,which provides the theoretical basis for the establishment of the fourth chapter model.In this paper,5 transfer station as an example,draws lessons from the compilation process of the formation plan,and analyzes the railway express freight transportation organization and the optimization process in detail from the three aspects of the originating station,the transfer station,the farther traffic flow and the traffic flow merger.This paper based on the freight assembled by carriage,filled a carriage,tons of hours for the assembly time,the conversion of the number of tons of the principle,with the minimum total consumption of tons of hours target,Considering the freight flow,intermediate station line direct,the merger of the further freight flow and closer freight flow,establish the linear programming model of railway express freight transportation organization optimization.In this paper,the simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the established mode,through the analysis of the principle,process and elements of simulated annealing algorithm,and the simulated annealing algorithm is designed in detail,such as the initial temperature determination function,the state transition probability,the internal loop termination criterion,the algorithm termination criterion and the improved algorithm,using the example,combined with the design parameters,with the programming software to solve,and analysis of output results.Based on the final conclusions drawn,it is assumed that the rationality of the results obtained is verified by comparing the tons consumed by the total number of direct trains,finally,the paper shows the scheme to determine the organization of express freight transportation.
