Along with railway signal equipment becoming more and more various,increasingly complex,workload and difficulty of equipment fault maintenance is increasing.There are some problems existing in the following aspects: due to the failure of the emergency,the stress caused the maintenance personnel to be too nervous,and there are "two violations" of the security risk;As the signal equipment system integration,correlation and the technology content constantly improve,electricity sector technical cadres and railway signal man alone completely mastered the a signal equipment is becoming more and more difficult;In the process of signal equipment failure maintenance,technology does not reach the designated position.At the same time,railway administrations or section,workshop and work area fall behind at method of information sharing between three levels.Low efficiency of the superior instructions,long command which worker work faced,make it difficult to form the various joint action.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the software of fault maintenance process control system of railway signal equipment.This research project start from the key of controlling link of fault handling.Its goal is to realize the design of a set of railway signal equipment failure handling process control system.Combine the breakdown maintenance and process control,building the UML model,makes the Maintenance efficiency guaranteed,veracity and safety of maintenance process improved.In this paper,background and significance of this research and the current status of railway signal equipment maintenance domestic and overseas is analyzed,and the operation procedure control method of the related equipment in railway system is described.After that,the types of railway signal equipment and fault reports and operation procedures of signal equipment failure are summarized.Afterwards the UML model of the system is built,and the use case diagram and class diagram are built for static modeling,meanwhile sequence diagram and state diagram are built for dynamic modeling,which make full preparation to write software code.In the system overall design,the use of SQL Server 2014 is to store data,and the use of ADO.NET technology is to access the database,and the socket methods is to complete the communication between work area client and production scheduling command center Server.After completing the design of system structure and system process,the system is divided into the login module,information interaction module,intelligent search module,the higher end information storage module,fault record module and procedure controlling module,meanwhile analyze the function of each module,which offer a suggestion for the breakdown maintenance of job site.In this paper,the software of fault processing flow control system of railway signal equipment is prepared by C#.Information sharing is achieved through communication terminal to ensure all levels of personnel in the work area,workshop and production dispatching command center.The working area can upload the information of the work area to the superior to be examined and to save data before handling the failure,and handle the failure according to the flow chart provided by the information platform.The production scheduling command center can accurately control the progress of fault processing in the work area according to the transparent interaction of the state at all levels of the information platform,which achieve the integration of upper and lower fault processing,improve work efficiency,relieve pressure on workers in the working area,guarantee maintenance order and job program,and ensure the accuracy of fault handling procedures.
