Railway Track Drone Design

Our country is developing faster and faster in public transport,and people’s travel has become more diverse,more convenient,and more convenient.In spite of the rapid development of technology in the construction of railways,most of the railway operations,especially in the daily inspections of railways,still use the method of manual patrol inspection in the 1990 s to carry out routine railroad inspections.Although there are already many detection tools and machines in the field of railway inspection and maintenance,due to the high cost of these inspection machines,high maintenance costs,and high detection costs,the frequency of comprehensive inspections of railways is low.Coupled with the fact that China’s railway system is wide,numerous,and dense,as well as remote areas and a variety of environmental changes,daily inspections are still mainly human-based.As we all know,the work of railway patrolmen is one of the most basic and hardest types of work.Therefore,this project analyzes and investigates the situation of railway patrolmen as a group,and applies drone technology combined with testing equipment improvements.This problem is solved or optimized,and the product design is based on relevant research conclusions and feasible scope.The research of this topic is mainly divided into four points:The first is to analyze and categorize the advantages and advantages of existing UAVs,including the main functional technologies of drones,the application of the main material of UAVs,the color selection and matching of drones,and the drone Working hours and operating procedures,the shape of the drones and the distribution of their functions,as well as the UAV-specific drone interface,and the application and development of drone new energy.The second is to conduct analysis and in-depth discussion on the current work situation of railway patrols.The main analysis contents are the work content,work environment,work dress,and work time,and list and summarize the relevant situations and existing problems.Third,according to the corresponding problems in the face of targeted design concepts and design solutions,in order to further analyze the design content and elements contained in therailway patrol drone products.These include the main functions of the UAV products,the use of materials,the surface color,the operation flow,the main modeling direction,and the development of the UAV’s interface and the use of new energy sources.The fourth is to design the design plan of the drone for railway patrols.These include draft plans for railway patrol drones,functional maps for drones for railway patrols,dimensional drawings for draft patrol drones,design schematics and scene maps.Practice the previous design analysis to a specific design solution.
