The Design Of The Railway Patrol Personnel Positioning System

Railway inspection is an important measure to ensure the safety of railway operation and the maintenance of people's property.It is an important research content of railway inspection to locate and track inspection personnel and police dogs.Currently,in areas such as mountains,valleys,and other mobile signals that cannot be covered,the location of the railway personnel and patrol line estimates can not be acquired and managed.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a location management scheme of regional inspection personnel based on the Beidou short message,which is of great value in engineering application for the patrol personnel and the police dog location under the condition of no mobile network signal.On the basis of the BeiDou satellite navigation system research,this paper puts forward the overall system design scheme aimed at the problem of location and management of railway inspection personnel and police dog under the condition of GPRS mobile network and satellite signal missing.It is focused on the design and experimental verification of the three modules of the portable positioning terminal,the Beidou short message communication node and the remote monitoring management center.In the design of portable positioning terminal,the data acquisition of positioning information is realized by using the u-blox dual-mode positioning module with high precision and high integration,which is combined with the inertial navigation module to enhance the anti-interference ability of the system,the auxiliary BDS on signal acquisition,improving receiver acquisition and tracking ability.In the design of Beidou short message communication node,the compression algorithm is studied to reduce the message length and the remote data forwarding is realized through sending instructions to the ATmega128 microcontroller and reading data from PC serial port by using the advantages of short message communication,wide coverage and high security.The software design of remote monitoring and management center is completed on the Visual Basic 6 development platform,the human computer interaction and information management of track personnel information can be realizedthrough Beidou short message receiving front-end receiving decompression conversion extraction personnel position data,which can be stored in the database,matched with location and displayed by calling the Baidu map API.The experimental results show that the system can realize the display of track location,remote data transmission and patrol line management in the condition of the missing signal of mobile network.
