Research On Railway Housing Equipment Management And Daily Maintenance Work

Nowadays,the railway industry has witnessed its fastest growth in history.As the logistic department of the railway industry,what kind of reform the railway building company should adopt to adapt to the rapid development of railway has become an important topic for the railway system.The most significant task for the building company is to manage and maintain railway building equipments as well as ensure their safety and well-operation.The railway building equipments provide crucial material conditions for railway transportation and also work as indispensible infrastructures which ensure the safety of railway operation.The top priority of the task is the management and maintenance of the railway building equipments directly related to railway transportation,such as railway stations,station awnings,station houses,power houses and so on.Recent years,railway building equipments have adopted new technologies,new products,and new processes.For instance,new-type high-speed railway building equipments include spatial grid structure,curtain wall,no-pillar hut,long-span steel structure and high passenger station,which bring up new requirements and challenges to the management and maintenance work.Thus,this paper focuses on the improvement of the management and maintenance of used building equipments.It also discusses how the railway building company’s management and maintenance adapt to the new requirements of new-type railway building equipments under new circumstances.This paper analyzes the status quo of management and maintenance of railway building equipments and also studies existing problems by taking Hengnuo Building Living Area of Huhhot Railway Station as the subject,using both theoretical and practical research approaches.Meanwhile,this paper also works out realistic plans and measures to cope with the existing problems.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part makes a brief introduction about the research background and meaning of this paper.The second part depicts and analyzes the latest development of the railway building company.It also introduces the current situation of the railway building system and figures out the existing problems in various aspects of the building system.The third part illustrates the present situation of management and maintenance of Hengnuo Building Living Area’ railway building equipments thoroughly,mainly focusing on the maintenance of stations,awnings,station houses and power houses.It also points out detailed problems occurred during management and maintenance work.The fourth part concludes effective measures to improve managing and maintaining railway building equipments of Hengnuo Building Living Area based on practical experiences and theoretical study,combing with factor analysis.The measures involve improvements of dailyinspections,yearly tasks and implementing managements.The fifth part makes the final conclusion and points out issues of further study.
