Along with China's economy entered the fast lane,the demand of energy increased rapidly,so many pipelines are under construction and planning.Large scale of pipeline construction broke the wall of single pipeline gradually,and formed different types of pipeline network in all levels.Thus,how to make sure the pipeline can operate in safe,environmental and reliable state is of significant importance to research.At present,pipeline integrity theory is the only method in use to evaluate the safety and reliability of pipeline system.However,the integrity theory has many limits that can only use in the field of single pipeline system and equipment unit,and can not adapt to the fast developed pipeline network system.So,it's necessary to intruoduce the reliability research to the pipeline network system to evaluate system safety and reliability.In this paper,pipeline network realiability calculation and pipeline network weak part identification are researched to evaluate the reliability state of pipeline network.Firstly,the characteristic of pipeline network and reliability basics were introduced.Then,on the basis of reliability basics and network characteristics,reliability calculation method introduced.As the pipeline network is so complicated and obtained such a lot of equipment units,a lamination progressive method is brought forward to calculate the pipeline network reliability.After the calculation of pipeline network,the unreliability tracing weak part identification method is used to find the weak parts of all the system.Last but not the least,the reliability calculation method and unreliability tracing weak part identification method are all used in an actual pipeline network system to confirm the applicability of the methods that expound above.The results show that the reliability calculation method and unreliability tracing weak part identification method are feasible to use in actual pipeline network.
