Study On Evalution And Renovation Method Of Environment For Dementia Friendly Pension Facilities

In the context of global aging,the number of elderly people with dementia in China is on the rise,and the pressure on society and the family continues to increase,leading to an increase in the demand for old age facilities.With the emphasis on the issue,the old-age facilities for the elderly with dementia have increased.However,there are some problems such as lack of professionalism,hardware,nursing ability and effective management.At the same time,pension industry for dementia is still in its infancy,urgent needing guiding policy,mature regulations and available funds.Through the study of relevant theories and practices at home and abroad,at present,there are many theoretical studies on the old-age facilities of the elderly in dementia,mainly focusing on the qualitative research of nursing space and outdoor activities.However,the lack of qualitative research of the old-age facilities for dementia.Based on the complexity of the evaluation process of the environment of the dementia facilities and the accumulation of relevant theories,this paper intends to use the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the spatial environment of the aged facilities for the aged to provide reference for dementia-friendly renovation.Based on the basic theoretical research and conceptual definition of the space environment of the dementia-friendly pension facility,summarizes and analyzes the basic ideas and steps of spatial environmental assessment.Combined with the demand of Malos,determine the criteria for the classification of the criteria by analysis of care needs of the elderly with dementia.And then extraction of indicators from the symptoms and signs of the elderly patients with dementia.Deleting the duplicate content and induction,the evaluation index system is initially established by the index item corresponding to the criterion layer.On this basis,the Sheffield law and the questionnaire were used to screen the primary indicators to ensure the accuracy of the system.Based on the results of primary screening and screening,the evaluation system of space environment for dementia-friendly pension facilities was established.Calculate the weight of the main indicators by questionnaire survey about the contrast the importance of any two indicator items.And then obtain the priority renovation value by evaluation about the existing pension facilities case according to the index system.Calculate the priority of the transformation of indicators based on the above two indicators.It is meaningful that the content and focus of renovation can be cleared under the certain conditions.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the evaluation system,select two actual cases to renovate according to the priority renovation value which is combined the weight value of each indicator and score of present situation.It is proved that the renovation evaluation system of environmental improvement for dementia-friendly pension facilities is feasible in practical projects.
