Explore The Construction Methods To Environmentally Friendly Town

As a developing country, city construction must be able to consider the economy in China, but it brings many problems, such as urban sprawl have negative effects on agricultural production, the gap between urban and rural areas makes the rural population to urban migration caused the urban congestion and the lack of rural labor force, etc. Research town construction has a great significance for village and agriculture development.The international community awareness of the natural environment rising, our country also has many environmental problems make a threat to human health in recent years. Protect the environment gradually get consensus in all citizens. Establish environmental friendly towns not only can avoid the wrong way like city construction, but also has practical significance for improving the towns environment.This paper first studied the relevant theories and achievements from economics, geography, sociology, political science, construction planning and other aspects; puts forward the concept of an environmental friendly villages and towns which summarizes the seven countries’, such as Britain, the United States and Germany, villages and towns construction experience in common and combining the present situation in our country. Secondly, based on the field investigation data analysis, summed up the advantages and the characteristics to construction environmentally friendly village for our country; Finally, discusses the construction method from these five aspect:planning, economy, infrastructure, public participation and environment. Explain the education effect on the villages development combination with the author personally practice, and according to some existing theory puts forward a set of performance evaluation indicators for the concept of environment friendly in this paper and analyzed the data and the related indicators.Full text using graphic combination, data statistics, illustration, Analytic Hierarchy Process and others method, basically has the following three research results:(1) puts forward the comprehensive and conforms to China’s national conditions concept of an environmental friendly villages and towns which based on the natural ecological environment and taking economic construction as the center, includes the planning and construction environment, cultural environment and psychological environment.(2) Starting from the rural residents’cultural level and the actual demand, analyzes the development direction and advantage of environmentally friendly village and town construction.(3) Studied from five aspects of environmentally friendly construction method of the village, and puts forward the evaluation index of government performance to construction work, using the analytic hierarchy process to analyzed the importance of the index.
