The World's Leading Green Building Assessment Method's Analysis And Comparison

The evolution of construction industry follows the step of the world's developing and targets to a green building.The construction industry which consume more than 1/3 world's total consumption need to be changed into green building as fast as possible.That means the assessment of green building plays an important role in the way of architecture reforming.There's a lack of studies about the development of the standards,and it's too outdated that the standards used for analysis and comparison studies.Also,the results of existing research is a little bit easy and there's little studies chose a scope of standards as wide as this thesis.BREEAM from Britain,LEED from the United States,CASBEE from Japan,DGNB from German,SBTool from Canada,<Assessment standard of green building>from China are chose as the objects of the theses.Combine the cross-sectional study and longitudinal study,analysis and compared the methods.Start from the definition of concepts which are related to the green building,figure out the clear definition of the object of study.Then give a short abstract of the methods which are famous,find out the six target methods to analysis and compared with each other.The longitudinal study focus on one method,analysis its development tendency and its latest mehod.cross-sectional study focus on the six methods ' latest version,compared each part in order to find out the differences among them.From the research,a scientific result has been find out,and the result Further supplement the existing research on standard parsing and comparison on the depth and breadth of content.Through carding the methods' evolution,filling the gaps in standards development research.The results,not only the Development trend of methods but also the analysis of the standards as well as the comparison of the them,all can be the foundation for further research.At the end of the study,redesigned a building based on the Chinese green building assessment standard and make it become a green building of China.
