The GPR-CN Overall Performance Evaluation Standards And Methods-An Integral Study On The Green Building Assessment System In China And The Netherlands

The undertandings of Sustainable,Green are becoming the consensus while series of the problems--the global climates changing,urban environmental deteriorating,human body function weakening causing by the overstretch urbanism,and the expanding needs of energies and resources in the cities.Building plays important role in decreasing the energy consumptions and promoting the green movement developments.This article aims to put forward the feasible solutions of the building assessments' shortcomings through analysis the relationship between endogenous and exogenous of the green building definition,according to the following logic:problem exploring,cases analysis,methodology introduction,problem solution,example testing.There are four parts as following:The first part is the problem exploring—condensed the definition,connotation and basic features of green building based on the definitions of green building,sustainable building,low-carbon building.And through the studying on the green building label cases to acquire the disadvantages of the existing green buildings and assessment methods in order to integrate and improve the green building rating methods.The second part is the study of generality and characteristic of the green building assessment system.Using BREEAM,LEED,SBTool,CASBEE,GPR and ESGB as examples,the article described the frameworks,the mathematic models,the indicators,the baselines,the weights systems,the assessment methods,then epurated the common rule hierarchy and the sub-rule hierarchy to acquire the disadvantages of several systems.,analysis the adaptations of each system in the Chinese situation.The third part is to construct rating system.The article built the green building performance assessment tool GPR-CN which is the foundation platform of objective,practical,workable evaluation work.The rating tool introduced the advanced ideas of shadow price,EPC calculation and future value to the Chinese reality,stood on the systematic and comprehensive features of rating systems,and the relevance between the different layers and also the same layers of indicators.The last part is example proving.This part introduced the practice of GPR tool in details as the project in Sino-Tianjin Eco-city for samples.It put the assessment system into practice,then collected the basic information and analysis the data to proof the rationality,the maneuverability and the scientific of GPR-CN tool.
