As weapon equipment informationization is indispensable means of defense to cope with the deterioration of international security,adjustment of international order,deepening of the games among superpowers and achievement of peace and development,electron component,serving as the basic and core unit,has gained a lot of attention from researchers because of its improvement in comprehensive performance index.The core manufacturing technology of high-performance products has always been controlled by European and American countries and embargoed to China as foreign countries aim at restraining China's development in spaceflight industry.Of all these core technologies,high-quality photoelectric coupler is one of them.In the light of the requirements of application of weapon equipment,specifically put,high quality,high performance,high reliability,strong resistance to electromagnetic interference and miniaturization,this paper analyses the packaging structure of photoelectric coupler,which is high-quality and mini-scaled with four channels in SMT packaging and introduces the in-depth study and experiment of this technology,which may be described as follows:1.Based upon the analysis of photoelectric coupler's structure,operating principle,parameter and physical restriction as well as the deep understanding of semiconductor chip's working principle,the packaging structure of high-performance photoelectric coupler has been designed along with the application of individually independent four channels to achieve physically mutual quarantine and thorough avoidance of mutual interruption from multi-channeled optical signals.All of these will lay a foundation for exploring chip advantage to a maximum extend,reducing parasitic effect &disturbance and improving device reliability.2.Based on determining the structure of the package,according to the performance of similar industrial grade products can only meet the requirements of the use of general environment,for example,similar products can only work in a narrow temperature range of maximum 100 ?,and cannot resist the stress associated with random vibration as well as great acceleration;on the other side,their life get decreased in the severe environment and performance get degraded after long-term storage.Therefore,they cannot meet the requirement of military standard.In order to solve the above problems,a qualified packaging materials had been confirmed in this project,optimize and improve the packaging process,achieve the target of high reliability package.3.To achieve scale production,optimized technological base line has been developed and solidification of designing,craft and examination file has been completed,which helps to realize small-scaled production and reliable assessment to the manufactured products.The result shows that newly-designed photoelectric coupler meets the demands of military quality grading,realizes the domestication of small-scaled photoelectric coupler with four channels,breaks foreign counrties' embargoing on this device and helps China to achieve independence in weapon equipment's production and development.
