The paper presents technology status and development trends for electromagnetic relays home and aboard, and emphasizes purpose and necessity of implementation of military standard, with giving a brief view for development of standard implementation production Line of China military electronic components, including relays.Further, we introduce status and current problem in our standard implementation Production line of Polarized Micro Relays and its representative product, discussing research necessity and feasibility of micro polarized relays in our enterprise, as well as standard system, based on which this work is carried out.Reliability design is performed for representative product-KJHW-1M type polarized micro relays, with key problem in contamination control having been tackled, especially, a new overall cleanout technology - water/gas mixed dynamic cleanout technology is utilized for the sealed relays. It is determined that main failure mode for failed products is bad contact through failure analysis on products, failed during life test. Comparison test process is established and improved, and the improvement measures are practical and effective based on the end certification. The standard implementation production Line is approved as scheduled, at the same time its representative products passed reliability grade qualification, achieving "L" level.
