Abstract/Summary:
The development of integrated simulation test system is one of the key steps in the whole development process of UAV Tests were conducted to determine whether the UAV had a test flight qualification.The number of units that need to be tested in combination with the current main test object flight control system is large and varied,and the existing simulation test system performs poorly in real-time and maintainability.On conventional simulation test system based on the research analysis,was proposed based on the MVC design framework of integrated simulation test system and combined with the current mainstream of model driven technology and virtual instrument technology,and RTX realtime expansion module is introduced to improve data processing and acquisition process.The real-time nature also reduces the coupling between the software,which is conducive to the maintenance of the system in the later period.Through the analysis of the function and performance requirements of the simulation test system,a preliminary software framework was established under the existing hardware platform;Then the key technology and the concrete realization method of the software realization of the integrated simulation test system were specifically studied and discussed.The whole simulation test system is divided into three modules:Model driven module adopted the current mainstream of model driven technique,and the sensors,actuators,flight control system and all kinds of switch control model was built by the MATLAB/simulink structures,the S function was used for interface package designing,finally RTW(automatic code generation)technology was used to translate the model into the dynamic library DLL files,which are provided to the underlying real-time data processing module to achieve the real-time simulation data source for the drone flight control system test and test through the model-driven approach;The underlying real-time data processing module is mainly used to solve the realtime problem of the system,and the RTX real-time extension module is introduced to make up for the lack of real-time performance of the other two modules in the Windows system.The HAL hardware abstraction layer extension module is used to drive the development of the underlying board to collect real-time data,Double buffering/multithreading technology is used to achieve data preservation,and through the optical fiber reflective memory real-time network broadcast to other systems;The upper data monitoring module combined with the current mainstream virtual instrument technology,using Labwindows/CVI of national instrument company as the software development environment,provides a good interactive experience.The network function of remote Data acquisition and Data analysis is realized by Data Socket technology.Using multithreading technology,the program is divided into a main thread(respond to user operation)and four secondary threads(data acquisition,displaying and saving),maximizing the speed of operation and response.By interacting with the data of the RTX real-time system,the real-time performance of the program data is guaranteed at the same time.On the basis of satisfying the basic functional performance of system requirements,the MVC layered development ideas to enhance the degree of modularity of the entire system,improve the system’s testing capabilities,in line with the comprehensive test of the test of the proposed smart,digital development trends.
