Marshalling station is an important part of the railway.It takes an important part in railway transport organization.In reality teaching practice,considering the reality factors such as student safety and station production safety,it cannot participate in the field dispatching and command work.In this paper,based on the physical simulation platform,in order to improve the railway technical management personnel and for the purpose of scientific research activities,to cultivate students' practical and practical ability as the focal point,to strengthen the training of technical operation of students,improve their professional skills as the basis,to set up the working process of marshalling station,and the man-machine interface form idea the construction process of the marshalling station digital control simulation system of dynamic physical,by the way of its realization is discussed.First of all,the system is divided into device layer,MCU device layer,sending code device layer,sending code location layer,data processing layer and business operation layer,and has been designed in detail.Combining the layout features of line site three six marshalling station,the selection of driving field,the construction of dynamic physical simulation platform of sand on the solid platform vehicle,switch,signal and positioning device are researched and developed,the function of equipment and communication rules.The communication control subsystem and the service control subsystem are designed,and the communication control of the above hardware devices is carried out on the basis of the integration and optimization of the communication channel.According to the needs of business control,we set up the infrared locator induction network,and build a system induction network including wireless sensor network and vehicle ground communication network,and get the real-time location information of the train.Secondly,the system design of the data structure,the whole system will be divided into data base,control,business three categories,analysis of marshalling station reach the field of business process,through the simulation and control of shunting operation after the car arrived at the scene data flow control system of three kinds of data.Then,the system model and Algorithm Research on route control system to work the most important place in the business process,to reach the field and key equipment of model construction,and the trend of Floyd and depth priority algorithm based on route search algorithm to reach the field of route search is accomplished.Finally,the system is visualized by Powerbulid software.The actual maintenance system simulation of various types of data operation end,build a framework of the system,controlled by the person on duty and the signal operating side of the business,realize the simulation to pick the car stop,off hook into the locomotive section,reentry and hook pushing process.
