space environment is deteriorating.Riverside space planning and design are lopsided,fragmented,and degraded.The riverside has a single spatial form,lack of function,and poor image quality.The city put forward new requirements and challenges for the development and improvement of the riverfront space.The quality and vitality of urban riverfront space are determined by many factors.Landscape environment is an important factor affecting its space vitality and quality.At the same time,human’s material and wealth are increasingly abundant,living standard has been greatly improved,and people have proposed more needs of space environment.However,there are still many problems in the current status of riverside commercial space: buildings invade riverfront space;lack of ecological considerations for the entire city’s riverfront space,And because the commercial space function is single,the landscape image in the space is relatively single;at the same time,sketches and sculptures are small in number or form,lacking commercial atmosphere or atmosphere of life;sketches and sculptures are market-oriented,lacking in features;Site context less considered.Based on this,this paper takes the landscape of urban riverside space as the research object,takes the urban catalyst as the research’s perspective,and integrates the Livable Waterfront Project of landscape of Chengdu Tiexiang Temple Water Street and Hong Menyan as the key research content(According to the case studies of riverside commercial landscapes such as Tiexiang Temple Water Street,the analysis of catalytic factors and the construction of a catalyst framework are mainly carried out;as an example,the practical projects of Hong Menyan are used,and the landscape catalyst strategy is used for practice).It is proposed to promote the urban riverfront commercial space’ Landscape quality and vitality strategies..Based on the theories of urban catalyst theory and environmental behavior theory,it is first applied.Literature research method to find related literature and data on the design and reconstruction of the commercial landscape beside the River,collect domestic and foreign researches and cases,and carry out collation;at the same time,use inductive deduction method,after discriminating relevant documents and field inspections,use literature Data based on their own professional knowledge to summarize the characteristics of commercial space landscape and summed up nine important landscape elements and design techniques;secondly using a combination of horizontal and vertical research methods,horizontal use of PLPS survey method,based on field research as a starting point,through Observe the behavior,stopover points,and activity types of pedestrians in the commercial space of Tiexiang Temple Water Street,and understand the preferences,trends,and suggestions of the participants for the riverfront commercial landscape through the photo reaction status and detailed interview questionnaires,and look for possible catalyst factors.Landscape elements and design points;To study the landscape in the classic case,to find and summarize potential landscape catalysis factors in the case;in the study of the Tiexiang Temple Water Street,the author used the theory-based modelling method,which is based on the interpretation of the theory,aiming at different The actual research object is to translate the theory into a chart step model for the actual problem,and to show the key points of the design and transformation process through clear step charts.In this article,through the analysis and interpretation of the urban catalyst theory,a catalyst framework is established.The main research object is the landscape of the Tiexiang Temple Water Street.The problem of the landscape of the Tiexiang Temple Water Street is sought,and the focus is on the catalyst,and efforts are being made.Based on the point-based search for catalytic carrier,that is,the design and transformation of the points,and then design the landscape catalyst reaction process according to different catalyst carriers,and finally propose a catalyst framework and strategy for the upgrading of the iron image of the Tiexiang Temple Water Street,and then through the study of two classic cases.The vitality points and essence of the landscape are brought into the touch media system to test whether it matches the elements and carriers in the proposed catalyst framework in order to verify and improve the catalyst framework.Finally,a general landscape catalyst strategy is proposed.This paper has comprehensively combed the landscape features and important elements of commercial space.Based on the theory of catalyst,this paper proposes the landscape design and transformation of the riverside commercial space from the perspective of urban catalysts for the first time,and creatively proposes a catalyst framework for the commercial landscape of riverfront.:
