| The traffic safety facilities system of urban expressway plays an important role in ensuring driving safety,improving safety performance and service level etc.In order to ensure traffic safety and reduce traffic accidents on urban expressway,the traffic safety facilities system should be evaluated objectively.And then summarize the problems of traffic safety facilities system and put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve urban expressway traffic environment through analysis of the evaluation results.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to build evaluation index system and evaluation model by analyzing the characteristics of traffic safety facilities system in depth.In this article,traffic safety facilities of urban expressway regarded as a complete system.The research mainly included three parts: the construction of evaluation index system,the establishment of evaluation model and the verification of case.Firstly,appropriate indexes were selected according to the relevant technical specifications and standards based on analyzing the factors influencing the traffic safety facilities system on system structure and characteristics.And a more comprehensive evaluation index system was established.The established evaluation index system includes six first level indexes and twenty second level indexes,and the grade standard of evaluation index is determined.Secondly,it built fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on grey relational analysis by combining advantages of both grey relational analysis(GRA)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Using the improved T grey relational analysis to calculate the weight of each index,and building two level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate traffic safety facilities system of urban expressway.Finally,this article takes a section of expressway in Nanjing as example and evaluates traffic safety facilities on this expressway by means of established model.The results verify the correctness and feasibility of evaluation index system and evaluation model which were established in this article. |
