Study On Maintenance Benefit Evaluation And Maintenance Plan Of Expressway Traffic Safety Facilities

Nowadays,as the lack of attention to the maintenance of traffic safety facilities,maintenance investment is insufficient of China's expressway industry.With the increasing improvement of the highway construction,the demand of maintenance for highways and its facilities are more and more obvious.In the operation of the expressways,the traffic safety facilities take the important role of guaranteeing safety.Therefore,it is very necessary to improve the maintenance management methods systematically,and study the evaluation of the maintenance benefit of the traffic safety facilities and the optimization of the maintenance plans methods.In order to study the current situation of traffic safety facilities,this paper analyzedthe effect of expressway traffic safety facilities on expressway operation,the existing problems of traffic safety facilities and the contradiction between demand of the maintenance of highway maintenance and transportation safety facilities through investigation and literature retrieval.In order to evaluate the maintenance benefits of expressway traffic safety facilities,the maintenance cost and benefits are analyzed by studying standards,books and papers correlatively,and the evaluation index of conservation efficiency is determined.Through the analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method,the weight value of evaluation index is completed.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP is proposed.In order to determine the importance of the maintenance of expressway traffic safety facilities and the optimal maintenance plan under the limited conditions of conservation investment,through the statistical analysis method and operational research method,the maintenance investment and the necessary conservation of the maintenance capacity of a traffic safety facility maintenance efficiency,then establish the method of determine highway traffic safety facilities conservation program.Through the analysis of investment and maintenance benefits of traffic safety facilities,established the comprehensive evaluation method of conservation benefit and the decision making method of maintenance plan,which provides scientific foundation for making decision of management for expressway traffic safety facilities maintenance in China.
