With the development of economy,the demand for energy is more and more bigger in the life and work of the residents.Therefore,the maintenance and management for the electric power industry has gained more andmore attention.A large part of the energy loss in the power system is caused by the middle and low voltage distribution network in the city.Electric energy needs to go through a series of power transmission equipment to reach the end users,in the process,it will be influenced by objective factors and exist some loss problem,the efficiency of power transmission and distribution is low in the case of high loss,unable to achieve the objectives of economical operation.Reducing the loss can reduce energy loss in transmission and improve power supply capacity.Therefore,the energy saving and consumption reduction of distribution network will increase the profits of power supply enterprises and increase the economic benefits.How to effectively reduce power consumption and evaluate the efficiency of middle and low votage distribution is an urgent problem to be solved at various power enterprise.According to the distribution network loss and energy efficiency,this paper combined with the specific circumstances of Jiangxi province Gongqing city 10 kV distribution network mainly carried out the following research work:Firstly,to research the line loss,the traditional line loss calculation methods such as RMS current method,equivalent resistance method,load loss factor method and equivalent power method are analyzed.Furthermore,according to the requirement of the line loss calculation of distribution network,Newton method,PQ decomposition method and loop impedance method which are based on the the computer’s power line loss calculation methodis further analyzed,on this basis,this peper choose the forward and backward substitution method as the calculation method of distribution network line loss in Jiangxi gongqing city,and also make a further analysis combined with the actual situation of the distribution line of Jiangxigongqing city,and get the urban core line loss data and flow distribution of 10 kV distribution network in Jiangxi gongqing province.Then aim at the loss of distribution transformer,this paper introduce frequently-used methods,then this paper calculates the loss of distribution transformer combined with the actual power distribution system,after that,this paper expatiates the relationship among the load curve and line loss as well as that between the load curve and loss of transformer,later,the application in actual loss reduction at Jiangxi gongqing city is given in this article,then put forward measures to reduce line loss from the point of technology and management,then compare the result of various loss reduction measures.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the existing distribution network efficiency evaluation methods,integrated with the concrete condition of Jiangxi gongqing city,in accordance with the relevant standards and specifications and based on local reality of distribution network,this paper research the efficiency evaluation method of distribution network from three aspects by Delphi method and AHP method.The three aspects include static,dynamic and analysis of comprehensive energy efficiency analysis.This research method can effectively reflect the comprehensive loss of all electrical components in Gongqing low-voltage distribution network and find out the weak link of distribution network energy efficiency.Furthermore,it can provide ideas for power supply company of middle and small cities and counties in Jiangxi.
