Due to the hot and rainy weather,the alternation of high temperature and heavy rain in South China,the operation life of cement concrete pavement is obviously adversely affected.After more than 10 years of practice and theoretical research on cement pavement reconstruction,mutual promotion and promotion have been made,and a feasible method has been formed: paving asphalt surface on old cement concrete pavement.This method gives priority to the use of old cement concrete pavement,with the advantages of saving resources,economic and environmental protection,comfortable driving,etc..However,the asphalt overlay also has a series of problems,such as reflective cracks,water damage and rutting,which need further research and improvement.This paper is based on the transformation of cement concrete pavement in hot and humid areas,mainly in the humid area of old cement concrete pavement asphalt overlay structure and material were studied,and finally obtained the relevant conclusions are as follows:(1)Aiming at the typical section of hot and humid area of cement concrete pavement of semi-rigid base using the status of the investigation,analysis of the causes and the influencing factor of pavement type,find out the pavement typical disease in the southern humid region,and after careful analysis,the Commission measures.(2)The influence of asphalt layer thickness,axle load and other factors on the cracking resistance of old cement concrete pavement in wet hot area is analyzed,and the influence on pavement structure stress is also analyzed.(3)According to the climatic characteristics of the subtropical region,according to the survey data of the old cement concrete pavement,proposes to increase the stress absorption layer of asphalt overlay structure and material composition and properties of the structure layer is analyzed.(4)The design flow of stress absorbing layer and overlay structure of asphalt overlay structure of old cement concrete pavement in hot and humid area is summarized,and an engineering example is given to illustrate the design process.
