With the development of science and technology into the post-PC era,Industrial 4.0 and the Internet of things brought about a new technology industry platform,and more and more ultrasonic technology and ranging applications,such as vehicle radar,automatic equipment avoidance,industrial control of distance problems,construction industry ranging.SCM(Single Chip Micyoco)Control and wireless communication technology is also the focus of today's science and technology development.In China's IT professional engineering teaching,SCM,wireless communication,ultrasound and other technologies are already the IT major students learn important knowledge,is the focus of professional curriculum learning.In the engineering teaching,the experiment project has the pivotal position.Nowadays,the schools have the comprehensive experiment box to carry on the experiment,but they lack simple experimental equipment which is targeted,low-cost and is easy to learn.Simple experimental equipment can make students better targeted learning,facilitate students to make and debug their own hands,which can improve the practical ability of students.At the same time,the school's experimental courses are more flexible.They no longer rely on and limited to large professional laboratories.The control core of the wireless ultrasonic distance measurement system adopts the Low-cost 51 single-chip microcomputer.The RF wireless communication adopts nRF24L01 module,and with LCD display,the ultrasonic signal is used to improve the measurement precision,the input control and parameter setting of the key are adopted,and the measurement data can be numbered saved,transmission and other management functions,with buzzer audible and led light-emitting alarm function.In wireless communications,it adopts a simple and efficient one-to-many communication mode,to reach the measurement data timely transmission of the host.This system design is based on the above function research,locates in a special portable measuring experiment instrument.It can reach the goal that it involves the various specialized knowledge experiment teaching,strengthens the student to the specialized theory knowledge understanding.The system is inexpensive and easy for students to make,complementing the school labs and experimental projects.
