The safe and stable supply of electric energy is a major event in the development of the country.After the power system is lost and stable under the big disturbance,it will often cause large-scale and prolonged power failure.The power system may collapse and disintegrate the power system.Therefore,Government and society as a whole.As the various countries on the stability of the power grid control are very important,and the national grid structure and the existence of different problems,the focus is also different.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the safety and stability of the existing power grid for the safe and stable control system of Dongguan Guancheng District Power Grid and the corresponding safety and stability control measures.This paper first introduces the development of power grid control system at home and abroad,and discusses the purpose and significance of the control strategy of power grid control system in Guancheng District.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing and calculating the stability of regional power grid in Guancheng District,combining with the actual demand of regional stability control system in Wancheng District,this paper analyzes and redesigns its stability control strategy,upgrades the stability control device to PCS-992 type stability control device;In addition,the entire stability control system information access,communication site size,communication network settings and protocol development is also a comprehensive revision.Through the above work,the stability control system is safe and effective to complete the regional power grid stability control function,greatly improving the safety and stability of the entire power grid,according to the characteristics of water control sub-station,Guancheng control sub-station,developed a corresponding transformation program and Control Strategy.Finally,it analyzes the hidden dangers of personal safety,equipment safety and grid safety in the work of upgrading and upgrading projects,and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures to make the stability control system meet the practical requirements of the project and have the feasibility of popularizing and applying.
