Research On The Characteristics And Test System For Valve Proportional Solenoid

Proportional solenoid as the key unit of proportional control system, its control characteristics (static control properties and dynamic control characteristics)have a major impact on the whole hydraulic control system and constituted components, so it is necessary to test the static and dynamic characteristics of proportional solenoid. We need a reasonable testing program and a test system to test solenoid accurately. This paper proposed test contents and test methods for proportional solenoid and designed characteristics of the proportional solenoid test system referencing the proportion of components in other testing standards and methods. It achieved its static and dynamic characteristics of test .The main research contents are as follows:First of all, the article outlined the development of electro-hydraulic proportional technology and presented the purpose and significance of the research, then introduced the proportional solenoid and researched present situation of test equipment. At last, it put forward the main contents.In order to analyze the electromagnetic properties, this paper established a proportional solenoid dynamic mathematical model, obtained transfer function in the case of a load and created a geometric model of the proportional solenoid in electromagnetic finite element analysis software and analyzed its dynamic and static characteristics; then analyzed the impact on the valve characteristics when displacement - force characteristic is changed through the establishment of model of proportional solenoid valve .This paper designed hardware parts of the static and dynamic characteristics test system, including the choice of test contents, Test principle, structural, laboratory equipment selection and PWM proportional control amplifier.This paper designed the software part of the test system based on virtual instrument technology and studied the various characteristics of the proportional solenoid and analyzed the experimental results. It indicated that the test system could complete the test work well.At last, this paper summarized the main content of this paper and conclusions, and improved the content of the prospect for further study the content.
