Study On Influencing Factors Of Construction Safety Management Based On Structural Equation Modeling

In recent years,with the development of industrialization and urbanization,the size of the construction industry and the number of employees are showing a rising trend,and the construction industry to expand the scale of the contradiction is building security issues are becoming increasingly prominent,while the government actively carry out construction safety inspection activities,also introduced the corresponding measures of supervision,but can't be ignored is the construction safety problem has not been effectively controlled,at the same time,due to the impact of the construction of the bad environment,labor intensive and continuous construction process and cross characteristics caused by the construction safety management work is more complex.How to carry out effective construction safety management and find out the main influence factors of construction safety management is particularly important.Firstly,On the basis of research results at home and abroad,this paper describes the safety management,construction safety management and construction safety management factors affecting the connotation,characteristics,principle,rationality analysis of structural equation model and the construction safety management of the construction,provides the theoretical support for the interaction between influencing factors of construction safety the management and follow-up of the construction safety management factors and model identification.Secondly,this paper establish the model of influencing factors of construction safety management,according to the characteristics of the factors affecting the construction safety management,based on summarizing the relevant literature,identify the influencing factors of construction safety management using the expert scoring method and frequency statistics method is complete,on the basis of this theory,constructs the influence of construction safety management concept of factor structure equation the model,and the construction safety management is elaborated in detail the influencing factors of the model,which lays the theoretical foundation for the following empirical analysis.Finally,using SPSS20.0 to deal with the data obtained from the questionnaire,the results show that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity,on this basis,with the help of AMOS software to test the model,draw the path chart of selecting the influence factor,get the contribution rate of each factor and the coefficient between the factors,according to the results of the model analysis of the impact of various factors on the level of construction safety management,determine the influencing factors should be investigated in the decision-making point of construction safety management in the future,the optimization suggestions of construction safety management,provide the necessary theoretical basis for decision making safety management in engineering construction.
