Research On The Influence Of Social Safety Capital Of Construction Workers On Safety Citizenship Behavior

With the continuous development of our country,the number of cities is increasing.As builders,construction workers bear more and more risks.Therefore,the study of security issues has become an imminent matter.This research is supported by mature theory.This thesis analyzes and collates the relevant literature on the safety citizenship behavior.This thesis constructs and verifies the motivation model from three factors: safety citizenship behavior,autonomous safety motivation and social safety capital.It provides the new idea for enterprises.The main work of this study is as follows:(1)Analysis of the connotation of safety citizenship behavior and the related research status.It is clarified that the current international research on safety citizenship behavior.The distinguishing feature of safety citizenship behavior are summarized in the order of the development of safety citizenship behavior.This thesis discusses make a distinction and relations between safety behavior,safety voice behavior and safety citizenship behavior.This thesis makes a careful analysis of the relevant research on safety citizenship behavior in different fields.From the construction workers’ personal level and organizational leadership level to integrate the literature,further review and analysis literature.(2)Identify the motivation factors of the safe citizenship behavior of construction workers and construct the driving model.Human behavior is influenced by many factors.There may be a large number of factors influencing safety citizenship behavior and their relationship is complex.In depth analysis of international research on behavioral motivation.Aiming at the construction workers,the factors of safety citizenship behavior are determined.Starting from widely accepted by scholars,this thesis synthesizes the existing research on construction workers’ personal level,leadership level and organization level.After further literature reading,this thesis puts forward the hypothesis of the relationship among motivation factors,safety citizenship behavior.The thesis constructs the driving model of safety citizenship behavior of construction workers according to the hypothesis.The following results are obtained.Firstly,social safety capital and autonomous safety motivation do significantly affect safety citizenship behavior;secondly,autonomous safety motivation,as an intermediary variable,transfers the role of social safety capital and affects safety citizenship behavior.(3)Analysis of the relationship between the behavior and motivation of safety citizenship behavior.This thesis analyzes the data through questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling.Further verify whether the hypothesis of motivation model is supported by data,and the different performance of safety citizenship behavior among different groups.Analyze the possible reasons for the results of data presentation.Scientific and effective suggestions are put forward for construction enterprises to improve safety performance and reduce the number of safety accidents..
