Brakes are an important part of the structure among the car,brake directly determines the vehicle safety performance in the driving process.With social progress and people's improving living standards,more and more people emphasis on public safety issues,as a car with brake safety and security equipment,has entered a rapid development stage,fatigue problem has been an important factor restricting the brake.Torsion axis is an important structure to protect tanks and armored vehicles driving on rough terrain stability,because the use of tanks and armored vehicles main road environment is full of obstacles,so the fatigue situation torsion axis normal use of tanks have a very important role.Double-function test platform design objective is in a test rig and meet the brake and torsion fatigue test,Motor drive system is an important part of the test bench whose performance has a direct impact on the test results.In this paper,the dynamic analysis of the motor drive system is carried out,using Matlab software to simulate the dynamics of the motor drive system,and the dynamic performance of the system is obtained.Due to the fatigue tests were carried out on torque requirements,I design the motor control system,study the motor speed control theory,with direct torque control system directly control the motor output torque,theoretical analysis and Research on direct torque control method.And the Simulink software is used to simulate the motor control system,which verifies the feasibility of the control system.The test station is a station with automatic control,with the help of the delta HMI of the test bench system,the user can detect and set parameter,by delta software screen editor software for the human-machine interface for editing to meet test station automation control needs.At the end of this paper,I simulate and analyze the key parts of the test bench,and the finite element simulation is carried out by the Workbench software to verify the reliability of the parts.The theoretical basis is provided for the follow-up processing of the test bench.
