Chinese integrated stove(CIS)is widely used in China,but there exists some problems such as low efficiency of heat transfer,uneven distribution of energy,and mismatch between flame generated by burners and furnace structure.Spoiler was improved on the basis of existing CIS to meet the use requirements of stove in different places.The flame suitability principles of CIS were studied by using theoretical analysis and numerical calculation and the prediction model of combustion was obtained.In this paper,a tapered spoiler structure was set to solve the uneven distribution of stove energy and asynchronous problem of heating.The optimized spoiler could increase the radiation heat transfer.Compared with the former model,total radiative heat transfer rate on the bottom of the pot increased 28.03%,the overall thermal efficiency increased 4.94%,and the heat transfer ratio between the bottom of the pot and water jacket increased from 0.923 to 1.335.Based on the optimized CIS structure,the combustion process was calculated and analyzed using Fluent software,and the flame shape of stove combustion was obtained.The velocity field,temperature field,and distribution characteristic of flame shape in the stove were studied through the respectively change of furnace height,spray cone angle and excess air coefficient.The effects of various factors on flame shape were summarized.Then the influence of flame shape on heat transfer and energy distribution was analyzed.The calculation program of field synergy angle in combustion process was developed by Fluent UDF.The effects of furnace height,spray cone angle and excess air coefficient on the flame suitability evaluation indexes of heat efficiency,flame fullness,combustion completeness,smoke entrainment rate,and field synergy angle were analyzed.The influence extent of furnace height,spray cone angle and excess air coefficient on flame suitability evaluation indexes were determined by orthogonal text according to the conclusion of single factor analysis.The optimal values of CIS operating parameters under the flame suitability evaluation indexes were given.The furnace height is 180 mm,spray cone angle is 50°,and excess air coefficient is 1.08.Finally,the BP neural network was used to establish the prediction model of CIS combustion,which provided reference for the future design of the stove structure and flame suitability.
