This article comes up with a set of complete thermodynamics calculation and analysis method which fits for the specific structure and application range of Stove Integration. The method combines the heat transfer theory and industrial boiler energy using evaluation which is fairly mature in industrial application area. Then find out its basic heat-transfer character according to heat exchanger experiment. This not only verify the veracity of evaluate and calculate method of stove energy using, but also offer the basic datum for energy distribution and structure improvement. On that basis, achieved the energy optimized allocation of the current stove structure and researched a evaluate software for stove energy using.The research results showed that the above mentioned evaluate and calculate method of Stove Integration energy using matches with the experiments preferably. This verifies the veracity and feasibility of the numerical method. It has been discovered that the current stove has energy consumption problems of high exhaust gas temperature, fuel combustion insufficiency, energy distribution unreasonable, etc. according to the evaluation of energy using. In this respect, this article has done deeply research of the furnace heat transfer enhancement and energy comprehensive plan. The main influencing factors of stove heat transfer efficiency have been sure through the analysis of the furnace exhaust gas temperature, average equivalent diameter, effective radiation layer thickness, baffle obliquity, taper sleeve height, etc. And come up with the modification scheme of stove energy rational distribution according to the analysis. On that basis, draw up the energy using software of stove according to evaluate and calculate method of stove energy using to provide program support for the subsequent engineering application.
