With the rapid development of society and economy in China,the amount of car ownership has increased year by year,which leads to more and more road traffic pressure.Urban traffic intersection is an important node in the network,and is prone to traffic accidents.Improving traffic intersection efficiency is one of the effective ways to improve road capacity.Therefore,the research on traffic intersection control of intelligent traffic has very important practical significance.Traffic flow detection is an important part of intelligent traffic control system.In this paper,vehicle information detection technology is based on Beidou poisoning.This method not only has a wide detect range and installation flexibility,but also is good for the popularization and application of the Beidou navigation system in China.In order to solve the low positioning accuracy of the Beidou navigation system which failed to achieve lane-level vehicle positioning problem.Through the research,a method of relative positioning combined with the adaptive Kalman filter method to reduce vehicle positioning errors has been proposed,which is to improve positioning accuracy of the vehicle.This paper adopts cluster analysis to divide the lane where the vehicle,and statistics traffic data.The combination of the actual data and MATLAB conducted semi-physical simulation,the results show that the method used in the paper can effectively improve the accuracy of vehicle location,and can count on traffic data.This article designed the hardware circuit of intelligent traffic control system based on Beidou,including PLC as the core control circuit,with DSP as the core vehicle information detection circuit,the TRIAC signal drive circuit and the CPLD as the core of signal failure detection and feedback circuit,and also completed assembly and commissioning of intelligent traffic signal.This paper uses fuzzy control algorithm as the core algorithm of intelligent traffic control,writes the PLC program and solves the corresponding problem of traffic rate and the release time.This paper uses C# language to develop signal configuration software and intelligent transportation system monitoring software.Configuration software modify parameters of traffic machine;monitoring software complete the monitoring the state of each intersection,including crossing traffic,crossing state,error information data collection.The intelligent traffic control machine has been through the national standard identification by traffic security product quality supervision center of public security minister..The machine has been installed in more than 40 junctions with more than a year running,and improved the intersection traffic conditions.Practice has proved that the design of the intelligent traffic signal machine has reached the expected requirements.
