In the construction process hanging basket construction method are often used in the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge.The overall shape and internal force is influenced by many factors,such as the load of the bridge,prestressed steel beam tension,load,temperature of the upper deck pavement and so on.Although they can use the numerical analysis software of prestressed concrete rigid frame bridge construction process simulation analysis,but by the construction site materials with the actual parameters and software parameters used are not consistent and the construction measurement error,leading to the actual bridge alignment and the internal force and design are different.so in the construction site of the bridge alignment and stress real-time monitoring,timely detection of problems and make adjustments to meet the requirements of relevant construction technical specificationsIn this paper,a combination of 75+130+75 meters span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge as the engineering background,firstly analyzes the influence factors of construction real-time monitoring process and the influence degree of these factors on the control target are analyzed,which provides reliable basis for the follow-up monitoring process.Secondly,considering the material properties,the actual construction of the hanging basket load,temperature load and other parameters may have great differences to the theoretical model.Real-time monitoring and field test parameters of the bridge alignment and internal force of the above effects,adjust monitoring instruction,minimize the effects of error,the deformation and internal force of the bridge tends to be calculated model.Again,the concept of elevation control in construction is discussed,the calculation method of the deflection adjustment process in construction control theory and the elevation of formwork was studied,and applied to the project.The linear control results show that the above method has good control effect on the multi span continuous rigid frame structure.Finally,the research method of force detection and control should be in the process of construction,the actual test results show that,the actual construction of bridge concrete stress value meet the design requirements,the structure stress is always in a safe state.Overall,this paper is right according to the construction control method of bridge construction is established based on the characteristics,applicable to the construction characteristics of bridge construction control technology requirements.
