| In the global competition is increasingly augmented reality,study the market demand of new products of heavy truck is an important basis for new product design development and promotion.Research needs including the importance of new product development projects in other industries in the heavy truck of new product development,has made a powerful interpretation in many projects at home and abroad.The demand collection and demand finishing research and implementation of analysis is the foundation and key market research work of new products.According to the situation of our country new product design and development of heavy truck forward theory and the establishment of demand database has a very important significance and broad market prospects,with the future development trend of the era of big data.The research subject in this paper focused on the planning stage of early forward design and development of the new heavy truck,which is an input stage of the new product development.This paper proposed an integrated demand analysis model based on research on the heavy truck user’s needs,via multiple methods to investigate,process and analyze the demand data prior to its design.The content of this paper mainly consisted of following sections:1)Firstly,this article put forward the concept of analysis model of integrated heavy-truck demand centering on the concept of heavy truck user needs through an analysis procedure from demand cognition classification,to demand identification,and to demand research via phased application of various approaches;2)Secondly,the method employed in the first stage of the integrated demand analysis model combined with the actual requirement of the heavy truck users was analyzed.The key points were divided into three parts: analyzing depth interview content,exploring and processing their hidden demand and implementing their demand quantification test,which formed the theoretical basis of the first stage of the integrated demand analysis model;3)Thirdly,research was focused on the collection,processing and analysis of user needs on a basis of the theory in first stage of integrated demand analysis,using ways like textanalysis,IDEO and quantitative questionnaire inquiry,and thus a database of heavy truck user demand was established.The database can provide support for concept vehicle design;4)Lastly,in the step of concept vehicle design in the second stage of integrated demand analysis,conjoint analysis and other methods were adopted to turn the data on user demand into product technology solutions.In this step,the property and the level of the demand were determined;the orthogonal design was packaged to build the demand package card,and finally concept car model in new product development and input was set. |
