Abstract/Summary:
The large oscillation of the overhead transmission lines has become a major disaster form that endangers the safe and stable operation of the transmission lines in China.With the rapid expansion of the scale of the construction of China’s power grid and the continuous change of the climate and environment,the large oscillation of the conductors is more serious,especially the dance and wind deviation of the lines,which will cause a huge threat to the safe operation of the lines every year.Statistics show that over the past 10 years,nearly 1000 lines in China have occurred line failures caused by ice,wind load and combination,causing serious economic loss and social impact.Based on the needs of line safety,this paper is based on the research contract concluded by the National Electric Power Research Institute.Starting from the mechanism of disaster occurrence,we determined the relevant technical requirements.A new and wide range protection device is designed to prevent disasters.Firstly,based on the existing research results of large oscillations of wires and the actual needs of the project,the inductive acceleration of locking device of the limitedposition anti-dance device is determined to be not more than 0.2 g.The cable disk can accommodate traction rope length not less than 2m;The main performance index of the overall mechanism failure strength is not less than 100 kN.At the same time,the main parts and materials and processing technology,the device’s anti-wind,rain,anti-sand mechanism,and the device must bring its own non-electric power plant and other engineering requirements.Secondly,this paper puts forward a general design scheme for the large oscillating limited position anti-dance device for the 600 KV six-split 600 M distance overhead transmission line.The automatic locking device is designed and developed: the locking mechanism of the automatic locking device is designed according to the principle of inertia,and the use of wire rope as the traction rope and the use of planar scroll spring as the power mechanism of the device is determined.The supporting structure adopts cast steel casting,and the protective part of the device adopts stainless steel detailed design scheme.In the process of development,two key structural parameters of the plane scroll spring and the locking mechanism are designed and calculated.The strength calculation process is carried out for the main function parts such as the support,locking mechanism,and roller.At the same time,stress and strain analysis were carried out using ANSYS for the two important parts of the bracket and reel.Thirdly,this paper designs a complete test scheme and test method for the automatic locking device,and sets up the test strategy for the production and delivery of the product.A special impact fatigue tester is designed to lock the acceleration test bed.The product was simulated and verified.The experimental results were recorded.Finally,this paper also records the field trial of the limited-position anti-dance device.The large-scale promotion of the device provides strong evidence.
