As an intermediate device between power source and actuator,the reducer is widely used in the field of mechanical transmission.The dynamic performance will directly affect the efficiency and stability of the equipment who used it.Therefore,it is of great significance to research the reducer's dynamic performance.In this paper,the three-ring internal parallel moving gear reducer is taken as the research object,and the dynamic performance parameters of the reducer,such as mechanical efficiency,angle transfer error and vibration response,are tested.First of all,we set up a dynamic performance testing hardware platform for the reducer,it includes the motion control module,the detection module,the data acquisition module and so on.Secondly,the software system based on LabVIEW is designed.The hardware platform and software system are combined into the whole dynamic performance testing platform system.In order to verify the feasibility of the dynamic performance testing platform system,the modeling and simulation test is carried out by using the Simulink module of MATLAB.Finally,the dynamic performance of the reducer is tested.In this paper,the results of the experiment are analyzed and got several conclusions as follows:(1)The mechanical efficiency is increasing as the load increases,and the increasing trend is gradually slows down.(2)The mechanical efficiency is decreasing with the input speed increases.(3)The angle transfer error of the reducer is 40.5 ".(4)The amplitude of the vibration is increases with the input speed and the amplitude in the X and Y directions are greater than that of the Z axis.(5)The load has a certain inhibitory effect on the vibration.(6)Finally,we got the first ten natural frequencies of the system and it's main vibration frequency.Through dynamic performance test and test results analysis,we could have a deep understanding of the reducer,and point out the direction for designing a better one.
