Research On Optimization Strategy And Analysis Of The Renovation Of Shenzhen SANYO Factory In Ecological Perspective

The old industry factory witnessed the development of the city in the industrial age,manifested the level of technological development at that time,and continued the historical context of the city,therefore,it has an abundant in culture,science and social value.But it can not be incompatible disgraceful "living" with the modern city appearance which is not the actual use of value,in order to achieve the city’s industrial heritage and development of urban industrial culture,the need for a reasonable renovation of its transformation.With the development of the city,the potential value of the old factory is widely recognized,the major cities gradually promote the transformation of the old factory,as a typical case,Shenzhen City,"SANYO factory" to transform the city’s second creative industry base.However,through the field investigation,from the ecological point of view,found SANYO factory renovation still has many problems,based on the existing transformation results,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy for the further development of SANYO factory to provide reference.Accessed to relevant research materials,macroscopically expounded the present situation of the transformation and development of old factories at home and abroad,emphatically analysed the transformation of the current plant abroad and the way,and pointed out the shortcomings of the transformation of the old factory in China.After summarized the old mode of transformation and utilization of the old factory,the paper combing the ecological city,sponge city,sustainable development concept,the spirit of the four concepts of the core content of the four.By the ecological perspective illustrated the potential value of the old factory,combining with the results of field trips,this paper studied the characteristics and shortcomings of the renovation project of SANYO from the perspective of the construction of ecological environment,the transformation of old buildings,the utilization of resources,the inheritance of culture,people-oriented.In view of the existing problems of the transformation of the plant area,this paper summarized the five principles of the development of the factory and the ecological development of the old factory,the ecological development of the old factory,the people-oriented and other aspects of the concept of ecological city,sponge city and sustainable development.In view of the problems existing in the ecological space construction and landscape design of the plant area,the strategy of adapting theenvironment was puted forward.Further transformation of the optimization strategy,the strategy of transforming the passive technology in the aspect of the lack of passive energy saving in the aspect of eco-efficiency was puted forward,and in order to reduce the urban drainage system so as to avoid the pollution of water resources and waste,the strategy of sponge system was puted forward;in order to enhance the utilization of resources,ease the situation of earth resources,avoid pollution,the optimization strategy of resource recycling was puted forward;in addition,traffic system chaos,industrial culture desalination situation,the humanization of the transformation and cultural continuation optimization strategy was puted forward.Combined with SANYO factory industrial culture characteristics,the optimization strategy proposed in this paper has some guiding significance for the future development of the transformation of SANYO factory which is be found,at the same time providing a certain reference for other regions similar to the old factory renovation project,the study of this paper provided an example for the future research of the old factory.
