Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Service Quality Of Urban Pedestrian Road System

With the development of low carbon traffic and green traffic,more and more attention has been paid to the development of pedestrian traffic system in China.As an important component of urban road network,urban pedestrian system not only provide the basic functions of residents' travel,but also place for exercising,leisure,entertainment and daily activities.But now the city pedestrian road system has not been well developed,on the aspect of planning and construction in the pedestrian road are insufficient,especially the index system of pedestrian road system serving quality isn't complete,comprehensive evaluation did not get a good development.Therefore,this paper takes this as a research topic to study the evaluation of urban pedestrian road system serve quality,in order to establish a set of evaluation system to evaluate the service quality of urban pedestrian road system.Based on the definition of urban pedestrian traffic system,this paper analyzes the traffic characteristics and traffic demand.The system of City Road will be divided into underpass,overpass intersection,crosswalk,sidewalk,road crosswalk from stereo and plane two aspects,and introduces the basic structure of the system,as well as the function of each system in the pedestrian road system.The influencing factors of the evaluation indexes were analyzed,and the primary indexes were determined,index is optimized through the theoretical method.Level the indicators from crossing the road and the road crossing the street facilities,and finally determine a set of subjective and objective evaluation index of the pedestrian road system,and has made the detailed analysis of each index.Combining with the characteristics of pedestrian traffic,with the aid of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy theory,analysis is carried out for the subjective evaluation index,in view of the pedestrian satisfaction,model of fuzzy evaluation based on AHP is established,on the basis of establishing index system.Finally,made a comprehensive evaluation of the pedestrian system by the method of data envelopment analysis.By analyzing the specific case,verified the scientificity and applicability of the evaluation system.
