Study On Urban Planning Control System Based On Urban Morphological Landscape

In recent years,accompanied by the work of full coverage of Guangzhou's controlling cetailed planning carried out.Guangzhou's controlling detailed planning run fast into the full spread of the stage.Under the guidance of the concept of rule by law and scientific management of the city,it made a higher demand to the scientific and adaptive of the controlling cetailed planning's plots controlling indicators.Guangzhou has been exploring a road that to urban design-oriented,and the city design to guide the preparation of the statutory planning and implementation of the planning.And as a pilot city design,although it involves all aspects of the city,the morphological landscape is one of the most important criteria for evaluating urban design.For a long time,China's study of urban morphology is mostly limited to the macro,large-scale urban morphology of the study,more biased towards the study of history,formation mechanism,expansion mechanism,ecology and other theories,for the meso,micro-urban morphology of the study is less.More without theoretical follow with interest about the study of the landscape attributes of the meso and microscopic urban morphology.Urban landscape research and focus on micro-urban space environment design and environmental psychology research,while the architectural community,architecture,roads and other urban elements of the landscape properties of less research.This paper is intended to conduct an in-depth study of existing relevant research and theory,and to seize the landscape characteristics of urban morphology,constructs the definition and system of urban morphological landscape.And clear the urban morphological landscape,urban morphology,urban landscape between the three links and differences.And then establish the intrinsic relationship between urban morphological landscape and urban planning control system,and study how to achieve a good urban morphological landscape through the urban planning and control system.To take Guangzhou's planning practice as an example,To explore whether the city planning control system through the control of an ideal,achievable urban morphological landscape,so as to provide theoretical reference and basis for future urban planning practice.
