Self-feedback Test System For High Voltage Inverter

High voltage inverter has already become one of the important equipment of motor energy saving system,but due to technology,there are too many components of complex fault point.If the failure occurs in the operation of high voltage inverter in the production process,it may cause severe losses on user site.Therefore,users not only need a inverter with good fuction,but also need to be able to run the inverter for a long time.Therefore,the inverter needs to carry out various test tests before leaving the factory to ensure the product quality.Long time full load test is one of the most important means to verify the quality and stability of inverter.Long time full load test can verify the product voltage,current,waveform,temperature rise and other important data,among which the temperature rise can only pass this experiment to verify.Therefore,both manufacturers and users attach great importance to the load test data.There are many full load test method,normally the test need to add the motors and other equipment,these solutions have some problems such as high investment,low efficiency,big testing area and limited adaptive.This paper presents a test system which can realize long time full load test and energy feedback without motor and generator,so as to meet the demand of inverter test of various voltage class and capacity.Several kinds of commonly used at present are analyzed the characteristics of the converter capacity test system,and on the basis of several test systems,which combine several control principle of the inverter is studied,with a inverter as a power,another inverter as the load as the feedback test system.Further analysis of this scheme is carried out,and the hardware and software are discussed separately.At last,the data and waveform of each test items are analyzed to verify the test system.
