Environmental pollution and resource shortage is getting worse in the rescent years.Wind power as a renewable energy has developed rapidly.Howcver,due to the intermittence and randomness,wind power will cause problems such as power quality and stability when grid-connected,which greatly restricting the increase of wind farm capacity and grid-connected ratio.The key grid connection techniques in the wind power and whether the electrical energy transferred from wind can satisfy social demand and national relevant technical regulation is important for the theory and reality,and it is also the topic of this paper.The research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The wind speed model,the variable speed mechanism model and the wind turbine model for simulation analysis are established,and the BPA model of Jieyang Power Grid is built according to the trend data of Jieyang Power Grid in 2016.(2)This paper introduces the basic composition of the wind farm and the technical requirements of the wind farm into the grid.The power quality problems related to the grid connection of the wind turbine are discussed in detail,including the voltage deviation,voltage fluctuation and flicker,the cause of the harmonics and The PSD power system software is used to simulate the regional power quality index of the actual Sanqingshan-wind power project,and the simulation results are compared with the national standard of power quality.(3)In order to improve the quality of the grid voltage with Sanqingshan wind farm integrating in the regional grid,Take measures to install static var compensator..Static Var Compensator can improve the grid voltage quality of wind power access system.The simulation results show that the static reactive power compensator can meet the requirements of reactive power regulation,but there is a defect that the system can not maintain the transient voltage stability when the system can cause serious failure.(4)The PSD simulation model and calculation method established in this paper can provide reference for the planning and operation of Jieyang wind farm.
