Research On The Care Design Of Young And Old In Commercial Buildings In The Pearl River Delta Region

Based on the new situation of downturn entity business,trend of aging population structure and two child policy,this paper takes pearl river delta regions as the research strongpoint and puts forward to establish caring design for the old and young in commercial buildings so as to solve the practical problem.Besides,young and old people expand unceasingly on the one hand;on the other hand,caring for the old and young in commercial buildings is not perfect,which already cannot satisfy growing requirements for life quality.Design caring life?Based on the present,this paper starts from perspectives of children and the elderly,and conducts investigation through the references,the relevant theoretical research,character interview and field investigation.With combination of regional characteristics of the pearl river delta regions,it studies physical,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the young and old people and change tendency,analyzed result shows care needs in five levels.Taking this research as the basis,design system of caring for the old and young in the commercial building of the pearl river delta regions had been preliminary constructed,and ten design principles are summed up: the accessibility,convenience,guidance,security,communication,respect,learning,comfort,beauty and self-fulfillment;its main contents include: design points and design method.We use theory to guide practice,and adopt research of actual case to verify the practicability of theory,thus helping us to solve the problem more comprehensively and more scientifically,providing convenience for travel and shopping of young and old people,eliminating barriers and improving shopping environment.The important role of caring for the old and young will be played in commercial buildings,and a useful reference will be provided to its further development.Innovative points:Research objects: there is shortage of papers targeted to caring for the old and young in commercial buildings,so this topic is studied based on pearl river delta regions.Academic basis: From the perspective of young and old people,this paper studies corresponding care needs in five levels of the physiological,psychological and behavior characteristics of business activities.According to the regional characteristics of the pearl river delta regions and through comprehensive subject research,limitations brought by single subject should be avoided to establish more perfect design system of caring for the old and young.Research objective: Starting from China's national situation and with combination of requirement characteristics of the old and young people in pearl river delta regions in the new era,this paper puts forward design strategies of caring for the old and young in commercial buildings.Looking for ways to solve practical problems.Creating useful value Achieve the goal of caring life design.
