Metering Device Fault Diagnosis Rules Based On The Measurement Automation System The Research And Application

As the pace of economic construction in our country accelerates,the number of users is increasing.Because the number of users,to check the maintenance time and manpower cost is too high,low reliability,power supply enterprises to more difficult to maintain,electric energy metering device has been unable to make a circuit according to the traditional point-to-point method for maintenance.Therefore,more advanced inspection and maintenance methods have been developed,which is to use the measurement automation system to monitor the operating status of the power meter.Our country the electric power enterprise construction and vigorously promote energy metering automation system,depending on the installation on site measurement automation terminal and intelligent watt-hour meter,for power generation,power supply,power distribution,sell electricity each side measuring points of electricity data and status information collection.Application after measurement automation system can realize the monitoring of running status of metering device,the manpower and time cost are greatly reduced,improve work efficiency and reliability are improved significantly.Based on the measurement equipment failure judgment of the metering automation system,the maintenance efficiency of the measuring device can be improved further.Using measurement automation system the monitoring of metering device in real time load data on the spot,through the analysis of load data,metering device fault diagnosis rules can be used to understand the operations of metering device.In this paper,based on the principle of measurement device through the analysis of the metering device in the measurement of fault user load data and the power automation system,put forward the measurement automation system metering device fault diagnosis rules,which found that users of the failure of metering device can shorten the time,improve the efficiency of the operations staff,but also reduced the economic losses of power supply bureau.At the same time,the correctness of the judging rules of the measuring device is verified by combining the actual work.
