At present,with the improvement of people's living standards,and the rapid development of the automotive industry,the car has entered the homes of ordinary people.In this way,people put forward higher requirements for the comfort of the car,so the function of the automobile air-conditioningfor passenger carsis particularly important.Especially in recent years,people pay more and more attention to the automotive air-conditioning for passenger cars with dual zone or multi zone temperature selection function,remote control function,air refreshing function and the energy saving and consumption reduction.In order to adapt to the multi-function selection of the automobile air-conditioning,we need to develop the corresponding multi-function air conditioning controller.Based on this,this paper puts forward the design and development technology of the related automobile air conditioning controller.First of all,this paper introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the development of the automotive air-conditioning ECU,and the history,current situation and development trend of the automotive air-conditioning ECU.The main work of this paper is developing into the multi-function automotive air-conditioning ECU which can be used externally controlled double or multi zone variable displacement compressor,remote control function,start stop function,controlling of the negative ion through the definition of passenger car air conditioning controller function and the controller development and validation.Secondly,through the analysis of the overall demand,functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the automotive air-conditioning ECU,we describe the network topology,system principle and user operation of the overall design of the air-conditioning ECU,analysis the working environment requirements,power supply timing requirements,communication function requirements,diagnostic function requirements and connector requirements of the development of the automotive air-conditioning ECU,focus on the automotive air-conditioning ECU hardware design,including power design,MCU design,motor control design,reset circuit design and PCB design,and software development using ASCET model code generation tool,including the design of the compressor control mode,motor control,motor control,wind mixing after defrosting control,on-off control,cooling fan control,negative ion generator control and remote control module.Thus,the multi-function of automotive air-conditioning ECU is realized.Finally,the function of the automotive air-conditioning ECU is verified by the functional test,ring model test and winter and summer test of the air-conditioner ECU,which is mainly embodied in the automotive air-conditioning ECU has the two temperature control,AUTO control,remote control,on-off control,external control variable displacement compressor control function in addition to other air conditioning controller with A/C,OFF,mode,internal and external circulation,air volume and temperature control of single function.This makes the automotive air-conditioning ECU have more functions,so that it can be more efficient,energy-saving and comfortable in the process of using the automobile air conditioner.
