Power Distribution Networ Optimization Of Central Area Of Jinping Shantou

In recent years,the distribution network management has gradually become the short board of the development of China's power grid,and the strength of China's distribution network is gradually increasing.Urban power grid is the main load center of power system and one of the important infrastructure of urban modernization.With the development of the social economy,the city keeps expanding and upgrading,and the population of the central urban area keeps increasing,and the government,schools,hospitals and other important enterprises and institutions are gathered.However,the construction of low-voltage distribution network in the central urban area lags behind,the equipment is obsolete,the power supply capacity is inadequate,the grid layout is unreasonable,the reliability is low,and the load is not well adjusted.Therefore,distribution network optimization becomes an important task of urban power grid development.Many regional power grid companies actively analyze the present situation of the distribution network and optimize the transformation according to the actual needs to improve the safety,reliability and economy of power supply.JinPing in northwest area is located in ShanTou city center,covering old town covers an area of 108.71 square kilometers,the ShanTou,ShanTou is the political,economic,cultural,business center and the important industrial,scientific and technological base,moreover the important portal of ShanTou special economic zone,the amphibious transportation hub.Like big city power grid,JinPing city center load density is higher in recent years,the rapid growth of the summer peak load but due to the central city land price is expensive,there are increasing contradictions between planning and site,the lack of power transmission and distribution channels,to explore the optimal power supply mode,a new method of improving the capacity of power supply.ShanTou city development,on the other hand,increasing function of the cluster strategy orientation,different functional areas on the demand of the power supply reliability and power quality,explore different strong power grid planning objectives and optimization strategy.This paper has sorted out the optimized thinking of the medium voltage distribution network and explored the comprehensive evaluation index system which is more suitable for the optimization analysis of the distribution network based on the general assessment indexes.In this paper,the main problems existing in the distribution network of JinPing center in ShanTou are analyzed and the zoning plan management is divided according to the development characteristics of different areas.In order to solve the existing problems,this paper probes into the optimal distribution network structure optimization scheme of the typical region of the central city.
