With the increasing depletion of fossil fuels such as oil,natural gas and coal,and the increasing pressure of environment protection,strongly developing renewable energy has become an important measure to solve the energy and environmental crisis.Among them,solar energy with its features of extensity,cleaning,renewability and the adequacy of its technological development,develop es rapidly.The comprehensive evaluation and planning of distribution network with large-capacity photovoltaic(PV)are studied in this paper,because it brings many problems to the planning and operation of the network though it continues to inject new vitality to the increase of the power supply.Firstly,the background and significance of the comprehensive evaluation and the planning of the distribution network containing PV are expounded.The development status of PV accessing to distribution network,optimization planning of PV generation and optimization algorithm are introduced.Secondly,the power output characteristics of photovoltaic generation are analyzed.Then,the influence of PV accessing to distribution network is studied from three aspects: voltage,network loss and reliability.The evaluation index system of PV power accessing to distribution network is established.The weighting factors of each index are determined by analytic hierarchy process,and a comprehensive index evaluation method is proposed.Thirdly,in order to realize the maximization of the new energy on grid and maximize the benefit of the power company,the multi-objective optimization planning problem of the PV generation is studied and the bi-objective optimization programming model is established.The improved multi-objective genetic algorithm is proposed.And the process of the algorithm is implemented,which lays the foundation for the follow-up simulation examples.Finally,the model and method are simulated by a detail example where stochastic power flow method based on Monte-Carlo sampling is used.The advantages of the Pareto solution in multi-objective optimization are also discussed.And the effect of the weight factors of each index in the comprehensive evaluation of index on the final scheme selection is also analyzed.
