Scientific and rational distribution network planning is an important measure to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.It is also one of the important means to adapt the distribution network to the future economic development needs for a period of time.The distribution network development in China has been lagging behind,seriously lagging behind the transmission grid system and power generation system.To adopt a more scientific and effective method for distribution network planning is an important measure to adapt to the development of power grid.Because the distribution network planning is a systematic project,there exist many uncertain factors,and the planning forecast attributes,and is closely related to the future development trend,so it has an important influence with the merits of power grid planning for the future of the power grid operation.For this reason,the comprehensive evaluation of the distribution network planning scheme can effectively measure the scientific nature of the planning scheme,so as to select the best planning scheme through the establishment of a complete indicator evaluation system.In this paper,the distribution network planning of Huicheng middle and low voltage distribution network is studied,and the evaluation system of distribution network planning scheme is put forward based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The main research work is as follows:(1)the evaluation system of distribution network planning is put forward based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Combined with the engineering practice of distribution network planning requirements put forward AHP evaluation index system based on the power supply from the coordination and development of adaptability,economy and safety and reliability of the four aspects of proposed multiple can be used for the evaluation of distribution network planning index,build the evaluation system for distribution network planning is complete.The evaluation system of planning scheme proposed in this chapter can be used to evaluate the planning of urban distribution network planning to determine the optimal planning scheme,and realize the optimal engineering on the basis of taking into account the various indicators.(2)according to the current situation and existing problems of medium and low voltage distribution network in Huicheng district.The status of distribution network in Huicheng area,consistent with the level of power distribution and the grid structure are discussed,and points out the existing network structure,line,transformer and distribution network problems and puts forward relevant solutions and suggestions.This chapter analyzes the basic situation of the distribution network in Huicheng,and provides the basis for the follow-up planning.(3)based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the planning of middle and low voltage power distribution in Huicheng district is studied.First of all,according to the basic principles and requirements of the Power Grid Corp planning,the overall planning idea is determined,and then the actual development of the distribution network in Huicheng district is analyzed by combining the actual load forecasting data.By using the analytic hierarchy method system for power grid planning analysis of power network planning in detail,including the basic ideas and methods of optimal planning scheme,and then to study the full benefits of urban distribution network planning,including substation expansion planning,line modification etc..Finally,according to the evaluation of the proposed planning plan and related investment estimation,two aspects of effectiveness and economy are summarized to verify the scientific nature of the proposed planning scheme.Taking the middle and low voltage distribution network in Huicheng district as an example,this paper analyzes the rationality and scientificity of the evaluation system.
