At present,due to the gradual opening of the power sales side,the distribution network is receiving more and more attention in China.As the long-term development focuses on the construction of the transmission network,the development of the distribution network causing the problem is slowed down to varying degrees.With the rapid development of the economy and society,the scope of the power network is constantly expanding.Distribution networks such as power,transmission and user connections are rapidly developing,and distribution networks are receiving more and more attention.The existing distribution network evaluation methods have problems in that the setting of indicators is cumbersome and the underlying indicators are difficult to calculate.These methods are not universal and operable,do not have the ability to promote,and they are difficult to adapt to distribution networks in different regions and stages.The power supply capacity assessment of distribution network is mainly to the existing distribution network.It lacks a comprehensive evaluation of the planned distribution network,can not accurately reflect the power supply capacity of the distribution network,and cannot provide effective technical support for the network's short-term and long-term transformation and construction.The establishment of a scientific and practical comprehensive evaluation index system for distribution networks,guiding the main problems and deficiencies existing,has great practical significance for the future network development.Reducing power transmission loss and improving power supply capacity are the main functions of the distribution network,which will increase profits and increase significant economic benefits for power supply companies.How to evaluate the energy efficiency of distribution network is an urgent problem for power companies at all levels.Therefore this paper based on the basic theory of comprehensive evaluation,the distribution network with node voltage,line loss.suggestions,affects the distribution network reliability,equipment utilization,the main indicators as the basis,using the fishbone diagram method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp),establish reflect distribution network evaluation of horizontal and vertical comparison and convenient to calculate the comprehensive evaluation index system;This paper studies the calculation method of distribution network power supply capacity,considers different situation of distribution network,and obtains the corresponding relation between load density,feeder model and distribution capacity under economic operation condition.Based on the calculation method of theoretical line loss of distribution network,transformer loss and line loss are analyzed theoretically.Aiming at the influencing factors,the measures to reduce the loss are put forward.Finally,the energy efficiency evaluation of distribution network is studied.Analysis and calculation are carried out by analyzing the operation of the distribution network in the actual power grid.It is verified that the evaluation system and evaluation method are looking for the weak links and main problems of the distribution network.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the comprehensive evaluation index can respond to the distribution network operation appropriately,and its equipment,technology and economy adopt the distribution network optimization operation under different operating conditions.The results show that the improvement of genetic algorithm and algorithm optimization are reflected by topological shrinkage.the convergence speed has been greatly improved.
