The global automotive car retains the quantity increased dramatically,wit h global energy and environmental problems are becoming more and more serious,to meet the increasingly stringent fuel consumption regulations is a major challenge for the automotive industry is facing,the gasoline engine using EGR Technology can effectively improve the fuel economy,has become the global automotive plants generally take the energy-saving technical route.Using EGR Technology,since the exhaust gases into the cylinder,the ignition requirements to further improve,if uneven distribution of eac h cylinder,resulting in a cylinder EGR rate on the high side,produce difficulties in ignition and combustion instability,or even misfiring,and will have a negative impact on NOx emissions.Therefore,it is important to study and evaluate t he uniformity of EGR distribution in gasoline engine.In this paper,the distribution uniformity of EGR distribution of gasoline engine is studied.For reasonable assessment of t he EGR distribution uniformity,in a comprehensive understanding of the domestic and foreign EGR distribution status of research based,on distribution of EGR simulation calculation,structure design and measuring were theoretical research.Through the establishment of one-dimensional and three-dimensional mixing combustion model,of different structure design of EGR uniformity of combustion stability and fuel consumption and engine frame of the selected scheme were measured and analyzed in analysis.Using this method,the simulation and analysis of the EGR uniformity of a 4 cylinder natural gas suction gasoline engine was carried out.T he combustion stability and fuel consumption parameters of t he engine were obtained.In order to predict and optimize the distribution uniformity of EGR distribution of gasoline engine,the engine thermodynamic simulation analysis is established,and the test data are compared and analyzed.The results show that the 1D model deviation is large,and the coupling model of 1D and 3D model is close to the test results.The 1D and 3D coupling simulation model to carry on t he forecast to the engine with EGR distribution uniformity,then by changing the different air inlet of engine torque and fuel consumption rate of t he measurement and analysis of synchronization.After the normalization of the parameters,combined with the engine fuel consumption rate is the optimal RGR intake runner design,introduced to uniform EGR and other properties of the synchronization analysis in the thermodynamics of the engine development process.
