The rapid development of China's economy,promote the rapid growth of car ownership,Then bring some environmental problems,especially in the area of exhaust pollution and energy shortage;countries have been tightened related policies and regulations to solve the problem.Based on the social background of growing demand for energy conservation and environmental protection,this paper studies the technology of the transition from the traditional power to the new energy power-idling-start stop systemThis paper introduces the idling-start stop system in the domestic and foreign development status and trends,and introduces the system composition and working principle,and through three idling-start stop technology comparative analysis,to determine the Integrated Starter Generator start stop system(ISG)as the models are equipped with the technical scheme.And introduces the models of technology matching scheme,and ntroduces the idling-start stop system and traditional car parts difference and its key components of performance optimization method,set the car idling-start stop system performance objectives,around the target,initially set the idle-start stop syetem logical strategy and diagnosis strategy;Through the simulation software AVL-cruise established idling-start stop system of vehicle fuel economy simulation model with NEDC drive cycle,analysis on the technical side in advance according to the trend of more fuel-efficient,effective technical solution is verified the rationality of the laid a theoretical foundation for the subsequent tests.Later through a lot of road and calibration test,verify the idling-start stop system reliability and security;By setting the idle stop after starting the special experimental study on the fuel ratio,to determine the the car idling stop after starting air-fuel ratio setting is increased by 0.5,Then through the analysis of the test data NEDC driving cycles,the overall fuel efficiency by 6.78%,reduce CO2 emissions by 6.8%,verified in this paper,the research models of idle start-stop system has a good effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction.Finally elaborated the future research direction of the idle start-stop system,strengthen the idling-start stop system of energy recovery,and the application of modern sensor technology,and application of straight in cylinder engine matching study.
