Research On Urban Traffic Intelligent Parking Guidance System

Recently,with the growing number of vehicles is increasing rapidly in large cities,the parking difficulty is becoming more and more serious.At present,Urban parking guidance system is an effective way to solve the parking difficulty.But so far,a complete urban parking system hasn't implemented.And the effect of guidance is not ideal.Therefore,it is necessary to have a research on the urban traffic intelligent parking guidance system.Firstly,based on the fully investigation of parking guidance system at home and abroad,this paper expounds the significance of urban parking guidance,and clarifies the basic frame structure of urban parking guidance system.On the basis of this structure,people analyzed the data collection,information publication and systematic evaluation of parking guidance system.Secondly,according to the problems of traffic jam and parking difficulty,urban traffic intelligent parking guidance system is analyzed,including three aspects such as user analysis,difficulties of the system implementation and system performance requirements.This paper studies the urban traffic control system framework of parking guidance system,including the front-end collection,cloud service,data analysis,application module and user access.What's more,this paper designs the urban traffic intelligent parking guidance system,which can facilitate public parking,alleviate traffic congestion,improve urban environment,facilitate government regulation and promote city “Intelligent ".Finally,the example of Hangzhou city traffic intelligent parking guidance system is analyzed.This system construction includes five parts: the parking guidance management platform upgrade,the parking data collection,the parking guidance information publication system construction,the time interleaved parking exchange platform creation and the parking space reservation function realization.Selected four urban districts as a pilot program to run,and predicted the construction's benefits with the urban traffic intelligent parking guidance system in Hangzhou.This paper has proposed a comprehensive and perfect urban traffic intelligent parking guidance system.And this system can guide traffic intelligently,facilitate the public parking,ease traffic congestion,reduce exhaust emissions,improve the urban environment,analyze parking data,facilitate government regulation,promote the "Intelligent city ",and enhance the city's core competitiveness in the future.
