| The difficulty in finding a parking space is a common problem around the world. Scientific parking management has been attached increasing importance because the expansion of parking space is limited by land, capital etc. As the starting point and extension of dynamic traffic, parking behavior is a problem of static transport, affecting normal operation of the whole city traffic system.At first place, this paper sets forth the fundamental conception of traffic information service system, analyzes the principle and significance of PGIS, theoretically researches on dynamic traffic assignment, and probes into the relations between parking guidance and traffic flow guidance. Then, this paper programmes and designs the factors concerning the function, structure of PGIS, and analyzes all kinds of models of the system constructing. On the basis of detailed discussion and research on information collection subsystem, information processing subsystem and information distribution and transmission subsystem, this paper lays emphasis on the procedure and designing idea of information processing system, the composition of information releasing system, the principle of region division and the model of hierarchical design, especially on the strategy of parking guidance control.The prospect of PGIS is intelligent PGIS. Focusing on the analysis and research on the forecast of valid parking statistics, this paper introduces an effective model on the basis of neural network. The model of parking control strategy plays a key role in the interaction between customers and PGIS and the improvement of the reliability of system. Hence, making a deep research into the model, this paper seeks out an optimum model fit for the system.This paper probes into the design of releasing the information of parking guidance, discusses the controlling principle of information releasing, the screen design and locating, and then offers designs of guidance sign in different grades.Taking Chengdu as an example, this paper discusses the background and necessity of building PGIS in Chengdu, and offers sample designs of the structure and construction of PGIS in Chengdu combining theory with designing idea. |
