Xi'an City Development Boundary Demarcation Based On The "Multi-regulation Fusion"

China had reached a rapid urbanization phases,the way of urban growth is transforming from epitaxy extension to introvert growth.Which is an innovative management method for urban space growth and for reconstruction of space planning system with Chinese characteristics.Because of the differences in planning management and formulation,and in understanding,affected how it function which can interfere with our goals.For laying the technical foundation of “planning integration unified” and for urban development boundary delimitation,the construction of urban development framework is urgently needed.Based on concepts as sustainable development,overall urban-rural development and bottom line thinking conbined with qualitative research,quantitative research,and delimit research,This study take Xi'an which is one of the first urban development boundary delimitation pilot project cities,as a example,formed a “starting-deepening-forming” pattern of urban development boundary delimit mathod under the perspective of "multiple planning integration".Interacting and taking proactive action for coordination of the differances between existing multi-planning,this study unified the space order and development goal,and to realize the orderly guidance of urban development boundary on the,implement its effectiveness and operability,And provide technical support for the scientific utilization and management of urban-rural space in China.
