Study On Urban And Rural Planning Management Information System Facing To Multiple Planning Integration In Baoding City

With the development of economy and society,Chinese reform is entering deep water area,in the field of planning,we are facing problems unparalleled.The extensive development of economy and society led to farmland Losses,environmental pollution and ecological destruction following constraint planning like Overall Land-use Planning,Environmental Protection Planning.When planning,communication problems among branches of government led to planning conflicts.These conflicts have stunted economic growth and social development,even in the city of Baoding.With the arrival of information age,settling these conflicts with information technology is workable.The aim of this article is finding a way to build a new urban and rural planning management information system for Baoding to settle those conflicts,through analysing problems in the urban and rural planning management information system of Baoding and learning from other provinces.This article is divided into five chapters,the first chapter the introduction part mainly introduced the thesis research background,significance,research review and research ideas and methods.The second chapter mainly makes a brief introduction to the related contents in the basic theory of information technology,such as big data,cloud computing,internet plus,virtual reality and data mining.The third chapter mainly expounds the present development of urban and rural planning management information system in Baoding,include hardware and software facilities,databases,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of building a new system.The fourth chapter briefly introduces the development of information system in Shanghai,Xiamen,Guangzhou,and analyses the strengths and weaknesses of the three cities and absorb the experience,to solve the problem of Baoding.The fifth chapter is mainly discusses how to build the new system.
